I haven't had a blog since...what President are we on now?  Obama, right?  One...Two... Well, suffice to say, it's been a while.  I'm hoping to be able to keep up with this one, but time will tell.

I work in the IT field, saving people from themselves, tricking applications into doing what they're advertised to do, and performing a wide variety of percussive maintenance.

On the days where I'm not plotting the demise of my users, I like to cook (see the title of this blog), spend time with a pair of hellions (they're adorable...really), and play video games (current playlist: Rift, Far Cry 3, Dishonored, and a backlog too embarrassing to list).

I'm also snarky as fuck and enjoy a good rant.  You have been warned.
